Refunds will be given at the discretion of Hydronix Management

Hydronix has a comprehensive system for exchanging or replacing equipment under warranty at short notice. At the discretion of Hydronix Ltd a refund will also be made within 14 days of purchase where equipment has been incorrectly ordered or specified by the customer. An administration charge will be made.

Refunds will be made to customers direct to their debited card, this will take between 1-2 days and will be processed by Hydronix Head Office in the UK.
