Hydro-Com Version 2.2.0 Sensor Calibration and Configuration Software

Hydro-Com Sensor ConfigurationWe are proud to announce that we will be releasing a new version of Hydro-Com at the Bauma 2016 trade fair in Munich in April. Hydro-Com Version 2.2.0

Hydro-Com Version 2.2.0 which is due for release on the 1st April will be the most powerful Hydro-Com yet, offering new options to service engineers and both small and large producers alike.

  • Access and control any sensor from anywhere regardless of automation systems used.
  • Centralise Quality Management functions to help drive down cost.
  • Suitable for a single engineer servicing just one installation to global producers monitoring numerous plants and hundreds of sensor.
  • Simplifies the monitoring of sensors to control and reduce production costs.

Sensor Interface Module

In conjunction with the release of the new Hydro-Com software we have released a new model of the Sensor Interface Module (SIM02).

The new SIM02 is fully USB compatible and allows multiple SIMs to be connected to a single machine or network. In conjunction with the latest version of Hydro-Com this enables a simple way to connect to numerous sensors across numerous networks all from a single location.

The previous model, (SIM01), remains available and provides connection through a virtual com port for users that require this connectivity option.

Hydro-Probe Orbiter, Sensor for Rotating Pan Mixers

The Hydro-Probe Obiter has been updated to incorporate all the same features and functionality of the latest Hydro-Mix sensors.

In addition, the latest Sensing Arms have undergone a major internal re-design. Using the existing exterior design, the latest models have on-board memory that stores data about the Sensing Arm's performance and relays this to the Hydro-Probe Orbiter Head Unit once it is connected. This improves performance and simplifies changing arms.

Further details can be found on the Hydro-Probe Obiter webpage or download the brochure.

Hydronix Ducting System for Grain

Sensor Ducting Systems

The improved measurement characteristics of the sensors has led to an increasing demand in the agricultural sector and to support this Hydronix has introduced two ducting systems that are designed to control the flow of organic granular material over a Hydronix Hydro-Mix moisture sensor. This simplifies installation and improves performance.

Please also note the Hydronix now recommends the use of the new 0975A Cable. This new cable conforms to FCC and CE EMC requirements and is backward compatible with the 0975.
