'no-quibble' offer
The
warranty covers any repairs due to defective workmanship, materials
or breakdown other than problems caused by accident or misuse.
A service
replacement can be supplied on demand to keep you in business whilst
the repair is being effected. You can then either keep the service
replacement or have your original unit returned to you.
The
warranty covers standard freight charges for either shipping the
service replacement or returning the repaired unit to you. It is
your choice.
What
you have to do first
Notify
your dealer when you place your order for Hydronix equipment that
you want to take up the extended warranty offer.
In
the event of a breakdown
Call
your dealer first, or Hydronix if we supplied the unit direct.
If
the problem cannot be fixed on site you should obtain a 'Goods Return
Number' (GRN) to authorise the return, and complete the Fault Report
enclosed with the Warranty Registration indicating the problem and
symptoms.
Request
a service replacement unit if required and the warranty will continue
to the completion of the original 3 year period, or for 12 months
from the date of replacement, whichever is the greater.
Even
in the event of a non-warranty accident you may still benefit from
the service exchange offer but this would be chargeable to cover
the cost of repairs and replacement parts (including ceramics and
casings for sensors) to reinstate your equipment to a 'service replacement'
standard with a 12 month warranty.
