Identical Sensor Characteristics

During manufacture every sensor is calibrated to a standard air and water reading. This means that every unit that leaves our factory has an identical configuration, ensuring that sensors can be easily replaced without the need for re-calibration.

Hydronix microwave moisture sensors are built to last. Manufactured of cast stainless steel and with an alumina ceramic faceplate, each sensor undergoes a series of rigorous tests before being sold. Many sensors have been in the field for upwards of 10 years without requiring a return-to-base service, meaning that they are extremely cost effective when compared with equivalent equipment. In addition, the cost of maintaining our equipment over the long term is minimal, with little required apart from routine cleaning after use. Once you have bought a sensor we ensure that it will last you for many years.

Global Network for Training and Support

To ensure that our equipment is used to optimum effect, Hydronix is committed to delivering excellent product training and after sales service and support . To facilitate this, we operate through a global distribution network of resellers. This ensures that our customers can purchase products, receive training, installation advice and also product support from a local representative, in their own time zone and who speaks their own language. All of our distributors are very experienced in all aspects of Hydronix products and receive full training and support from ourselves.

Outstanding Service and Repairs

We recognise that our sensors are used in very harsh environments, so can on occasions become damaged, particularly when they are installed in mixers. However, Hydronix has the capability to totally refurbish all equipment in it's UK workshops, quickly and at a realistic cost to the customer. All repairs have a minimum of 6 months warranty reflecting our confidence in our products. We also recognise the importance of minimising disruption to production so at Hydronix we offer an immediate despatch of service exchange replacements. For any warranty returns this is a completely free of charge service. Any equipment that is returned back to Hydronix, even for a simple inspection, will receive a full hardware and software upgrade as necessary.
