Hydronix - Providing Microwave Moisture Measurement Worldwide
Hydronix specialises in the research, development and manufacture of digital microwave moisture measurement systems. We developed the digital microwave technique which has now become the preferred choice of moisture measurement in the concrete industry. Our sensors have been copied by other companies but with over 50,000 systems installed worldwide since our incorporation in 1982, Hydronix continues to remain the established world leader.
Although originally designed for the concrete industry, Hydronix sensors also provide on line moisture measurement for a wide variety of other industries. These include aggregates, asphalt, feed and grain, wood chips, animal feed and sugar. We are continually testing our sensors in new applications and industries and remain committed to a programme of research and development to ensure that Hydronix continues to provide our customers with the most accurate sensor on the market.
Hydronix takes great pride in it's customer support and operates through a network of resellers across the world. All of our resellers are very experienced and fully trained in all aspects of our equipment, including installation, training and support. This enables Hydronix to provide advice and support in our customers own language. To further assist both our customers and our resellers, our software, sales literature and product documentation is translated into many different languages ensuring that Hydronix is able to provide a truly global service.
Founded in 1982, to fill a gap in the concrete industry, Hydronix continues to remain a family owned company. All of our staff have been chosen because of their experience in their individual fields, whether this is in specific applications, product development, administration, sales or technical support. The most important value at Hydronix is the ability to work together as a team and to ensure that our customers receive the best service and support available across all areas. This teamwork extends from senior management through to all staff, both inside and outside the office with our staff working together to raise many hundreds of pounds for charity. Typical events include building and taking part in the local raft race, quizzes and sponsored runs.
Our head office and development laboratories are located in Surrey in the UK, on the banks of the River Wey, and we are easily accessible to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports as well as to London.
